I haven't gone deep sea diving in a while lol, I find it kind of tedious, not even really having to get the wetsuit and what not, I just feel like its a lot of mashing a to swim. I don't mind it for the most part, I was really excited when it first came out, but then got tired of it. I didn't manage to fill the museum though so I will have to get back to it loll
i used to do it quite a bit to complete that section of my museum and to try and see pascal as he’s one of my fave npcs but i hardly ever deep sea dive anymore - currently i’m mostly focused on decorating my island so don’t really think about going to the sea and also because i find the swimming around, chasing the creatures and the diving quite time consuming.
I only dive when I need bells, as I have already completed the encyclopedia and museum part for the diving category. But sadly making bells by diving is slow, but it’s one of the best options if you have no choice.
I did it to catch and donate all the critters but after I completed that I rarely do it anymore. It's too slow and boring IMO and the only times I do it now are when I remember Pascal exists and I try to get him a scallop because I don't have all his rewards yet.
I do if I’ve got a lot of time to play. If I’m just hopping on to do daily things then no. Although I really need to get all the mermaid DIY’s so should really set some time aside for that.
I do, I always have my wetsuit in my pocket. I still have some creatures to find, but that aside I like looking for scallops and just having a relaxing swim lap round the island is nice
I used to often when the mechanic was first introduced, but nowadays I just keep the swimsuit in my inventory for when I want to goof around or work on filling up the museum for my completionist goals. Another thing, I do really enjoy seeing Pascal, he's the main reason why I will actively search for scallops, haha!
