This is a bit of a weird one, but my partner loooooooves reading movie reviews in comparison to actually watching movies, while I'm the exact opposite. So, how about you?

Watching movies. Reviews are 99% of the time incredibly biased and written in a way too quirky and review-fancy style that most of the time make no sense unless it's a seriously written one for a serious review magazine (that is not a random gossip one and more like those 'quarterly' academic ones).

Watching. I don't really like to read reviews besides checking rotten tomatoes before I go to see one

RT is literally the worst, basically a bunch of mainstream people hating on obscure and/or too popular films and collectively liking the same "classics".

I mean I do read up and such on movies before going etc. But I try to avoid these sites because a lot of the time they just trash deeper films in general.
