Do you ever have bad experiences online?

I haven’t had any bad experiences. I trade a lot here and on other sites and everyone has always been pretty nice and well behaved. I’ve never had someone scam me out of an item. Most of my experiences have been great. There’s a lot of nice people letting others catalog or have items for free all around.

the closest i’ve come to a ‘bad experience’ is just someone trying to buy a villager for less nmt than we’d agreed, and that was a fairly easy fix. for the most part this community is nothing but friendly and helpful which i love! or maybe that’s the benefit of being on a forum like this

I haven't. Wouldn't it be so crazy for bullying to come out of a game like Animal Crossing?

So far have not had any bad experiences online. I have mostly traded on nookazon and everyone I've traded with has been nice, but I always make sure to check the seller ratings beforehand.

I’ve been really lucky and never had a bad experience. But then only use turnips exchange ge and this sight.

Everyone here on the forum that I’ve interacted with has been lovely, but I remember back in the Wild World days I had someone over (not from TBT) to trade and I had to go afk for a few minutes. I returned to find all of my trees were cut down. Was honestly kind of funny, who has the time and energy?

A lot of my friends IRL use or have used Nookazon and the horror stories I have heard

I have only used it once when I first started playing New Horizons back in 2020 and did not like the vibe.

I was trying out the website and thought I would try to buy an amp for 200 bells as that's what someone had it listed as I messaged the seller and when I came to their island to buy the item they told me it costs 800 and that how dare I only bring 200. I told them I had only brought 200 cause that's what was its listed price. I was then kicked from the island and later found out it was a scam that was happening

Then ever since then I found Bell Tree and never went back

I've had a couple of sketchy experiences, mostly from the early months post launch, but since then, not really. I do remember once, someone tried to come over uninvited and take Marshal that I had boxed for someone else. I was mostly just annoyed because I'd have gladly used his amiibo if they wanted him that badly, but they hadn't even bothered to ask. Otherwise though, I've had great experiences online.
