I'm inclined to say no, to physical colouring at least. I think paint by numbers is more engaging but just colouring itself I feel the need to rush which makes me stressed

Yes I do, it helps my anxiety a lot. I like to throw on a podcast or music or youtube video on my headphones while I color, it's a very good mindfulness activity and helps ground me

Coloring, as in filling areas with color, not so much, but I really enjoy shading.

honestly no
when i see those intricate "adult coloring books" i get stressed looking because im like what if i miss and color outside the lines

Yes, it's very relaxing unless there's a time frame. It feels very stressful when I'm trying to meet a deadline and also my work doesn't even come out the way I wanted it too, a sacrifice to make. It's very relaxing doing it in a quiet afternoon for the enjoyment though.

As far as detailed coloring goes (adding the right color, tones, or shades) it can feel pretty stressful because it's not something I... get right at to say the least. I wish to be better at it though.

I enjoyed the colouring events in the fair this year, but I wouldn’t say I actually find colouring relaxing. Things I find relaxing are when I can really turn my brain off - colouring I still have to think about what I want it to look like 🤣

yes, very!! i haven't done it in a while but when i do, i'm definitely relaxed :)

In theory yes, but I don't do to relax it because my type A self would get decision paralysis choosing what colour to go where.

I do! It's not a hobby I engage with super often, and sometimes I'll leave a coloring page only partly-finished for a long time, but I enjoy adult coloring books, TBT event linearts, and it's my favorite part of the art process when I'm drawing something ahaha.
Although I find it relaxing normally, I've found that it doesn't occupy my mind enough to calm me down if I'm experiencing anxiety, so I can't really use it for that kind of stress relief.
