Do you put butter on your sandwiches and bread/toast?

I love just buttered toast in the morning, but I don't have it often, it's more of a comfort food when it's cold outside or if I'm unwell. That's really the only time I have butter on anything lately. Sometimes I will have it on a sandwich, but only a little bit.

Only on very rare occasions I'll put butter on anything. I'll usually go with other spreads like cream cheese or jam

It depends, but as fattening as it is, I actually like the way it tastes on some bread and toast. In small doses. The only time I'd put it on a sandwich would be if I were frying it in a pan, but I prefer to use olive oil or something...
