Depends entirely on the context for me. I work with young children so "sharing" is a thing we have to do, but not for things like food, for health and safety reasons. On break with colleagues though, we all tend to offer our food to each other, especially when it's a dish that someone hasn't tried before. Most places I've worked it's quite common to start lunch break with my own lunch but end up with bits of it swapped for random bits from other people's lunches.
Socially, I'm known for my big appetite and *very* big fondness for cake, chocolate, and lollies. No one touches any food of mine without express permission, though I'll always offer to anyone who might want it. Except dessert. It's a common thing for my partner or a friend to pretend to reach for my dessert, but that's just to get a reaction out of me. I allow like-for-like tastes of desserts, but the only way I am ever sharing one is if it belongs to someone else and they are sharing with me. Unless I'm too ill to continue eating - then they can have at, since it's them eating it or it goes in the bin.
I always share/offer unless it's something that's weird to share like soup lol. I'm way more picky about who I share drinks with though... no backwashers, please
If it's not much then yeah.
The more I have the more I would likely share.
I don't mind sharing my food unless I'm starving. I'd always share what I have cooked no matter what because I find it flattering if someone wants to eat what I made ((dying noises))
Only if it's something that doesn't involve any contact with their saliva or filthy hands. Like drinks... nope! Chips... nOPE! Maybe if they carry chopsticks or their own straw they can have SOME
i never share my food, but then again nobody's ever really asked if they could have some of mine so i don't know if i would if somebody did lol. it'd probably depend on whether or not i could tell if they're doing it just to get out of getting/making it themself. of course, if they were asking if they could have some for that reason then i wouldn't, but if they weren't then i probably would.
I usually eat alone so there's no need to share. I do share food with my cat though, but she's a spoiled little *******. I'm not opposed to sharing food though.
