Does anyone still buy tangible media(i.e. cds, dvds, blu rays, etc.) or do you usually stream it or just buy digital? For me, if I can help it, I WILL buy something tangible but I also stream stuff too!

I do both, it depends on a lot of things. Like if I am at the store and see a cool CD/Movie et cetra I'll buy it right there, if there is a series or something I want to watch I usually will see if it's on Netflix and if it isn't I'll just buy the box set. And if I want to watch something RIGHT NOW I will buy digital copies on amazon prime which is really nice to have, there are movies I have both tangible copies of, and digital copies of, that I still watch for free on Netflix...

I've been buying a lot of physical copies of CDs, so yes. I buy DVDs as well - I'm not really too keen on streaming them (but I do use Netflix for TV shows). :)

I haven't bought a CD in years now, I don't actually own a CD player except for the one in my car but I own an absolute load of CDs that I won't ever get rid of. I still buy DVD's, I never quite got into all this streaming movies and what not, plus I just prefer having a physical copy for some reason. I switched over from physical books to digital a couple of years back. I still keep hard copies of my favourites, have the whole Stephen King collection that I am reluctant to sell or give away. But mostly I just download books and songs now. Since I always have my phone on my its just much more convenient. Never really liked the digital copy's of games though. Always worried about file corruptions so I always buy cartridges for the ds, discs for the PlayStation, etc

I only buy DVDs/Blu-rays when it's something that's not on Netflix, but other than that I buy digital. I don't own a CD player (my car doesn't even have one), so that cuts out CD's for me. I do buy physical books more so than digital, but I have no qualms about buying an ebook if it's cheaper.

I sometimes buy cds if it's an album I know I'll listen to repeatedly. I do still buy dvds if they are a must have movie. I mostly torrent things now though

if it's a movie/tv series I really love, I buy the dvd. I usually just buy albums on iTunes rather than physical CD's just for the sake of convenience, but it varies.

i buy movies and CDs only cause my internet is too slow atm to stream and download anything.

I could make a flow chart to explaining when I buy something in physical format because it usually is a special situation:
If:
- the musician isn't on Spotify or iTunes; then I'll probably buy digital.
- the movie isn't on Netflix or Amazon Prime or Hulu; I might buy the DVD.

And with books it's super rare to buy the physical book - I buy almost all my books in Kindle format and read on my iPad. I don't have a Kindle. But they're really nice to read for long periods of time. But sometimes there are sales on hardcovers that are hard to beat.

my dad downloads it illegally and we watch it. for music i have apple music so i just binge listen to that, i really don't have anything tangible.

Not very often. I do by vinyl now and then though, but rarely and other than that, no

I sometimes buy dvds!! I have stopped buying magazines beacause they can be expensive. Oh, and I don't like reading books digitally. I must have a physical copy. I had an e-reader for awhile but never used it and ended up selling it.

I prefer physical copies of books and games. I hate downloading games digitally it just seems so weird. But music and movies I normally download or stream.

Sometimes. I will more likely buy things like DVDs and games, as I like actually having the case and being able to display it. I only buy DVDs if it's a film I want to support, I always buy hard copies of games - very rarely I will digitally download a game, but that's like if I've been given an voucher (such as for the Nintendo eshop). I don't really buy CDs, though. The last time I got a CD was earlier this year, as a new and upcoming band that I've been following closely released their first album so I wanted to help support them!

Blu rays for video games lol

Otherwise, nah I prefer getting digital copies. We have flash drives and memory cards these days so we don't really need discs to watch stuff on other devices either.

Yes, sometimes! I prefer physical copies of video games and books, but I usually watch movies and tv shows digitally unless it's something specific I'd really like to see that isn't on Netflix. I buy vinyl and cds every now and then, but mostly only for artists I really love or wanna support, otherwise I listen to most of my music digitally too.
