Do you talk to yourself?

I don't think I talk out loud, but often catch myself mouthing out conversations I plan to have.

Totally! Use to talk to myself a lot when I was working before especially, but I talk to myself now to help with motivation.

I think I talk a bit to myself, because the stuff I would love to say, welp I am not normally around other people with the same hobbies, enjoyment, so there are times I kinda talk as if Iam doing a video for people to watch. Really weird I know.
But it does help to say a sentence outloud to oneself to see if it workswell, which is what I also do.

on occasion i do, but it's very rare. i more tend to just have a constant inner monologue running to keep me going. i'll talk to my cat sometimes though in probably a similar way a lot of people talk to themselves

Mainly under my breath. I used to talk to myself way more as a kid but got made fun of for it. I still don’t understand the problem when I was just on the school bus talking to myself while others talked amongst each other. It’s not like I was disturbing the peace or anything.
But sometimes I also occasionally talk out loud at home like I’m making a video.

I do in my head constantly, but not usually out loud
I will out loud if I'm trying to remember something, or make sure something sounds right when I'm writing, though LOL

Oh yes, all the time. Sometimes I'm very unaware when I do so I do it in public often. I'm usually talking about ideas for stories, or other things.

I tend to talk the most when I'm alone at home, I talk, mutter alot, and tend to keep going on and on.

I also apparently, according to my friends and family, I talk in my sleep, and it's usually story related.

I do talk to myself which is kind of funny at times because there will be times when people are thinking that I am talking to them and I have to let them know that I'm talking to myself instead of them. I mostly do it when I need to remember something, or if I need to psyche myself up to do something because I'm nervous about it.

Not as much as when I was a kid, probably. I got made fun of for it in elementary school, even though I was on the bus and other people were talking to other people. After that I barely ever do it in public.

I mutter to myself sometimes but I don't have full conversations with myself. It's usually words of frustration or something along those lines. Or if I'm like reminding myself to do something.

I talk to myself in my head a lot but I don't usually speak out loud to myself. I'm way too self-conscious to risk someone else overhearing me.

Yeah, more often than I’d like to admit. Most of the time, it’s just me repeating stupid things I heard earlier, phrasing them in the same tone of voice. Other times, I’ll randomly mimic a fake conversation where I play both sides. When it comes to the internet, I’ll even read random posts, comments and reviews out loud.

In short, yes, I talk to myself way too often.

Yes but I didn't know before someone told me. It helps me not to forget things and stay focus. It's not something I really control or is aware of, I also sing and do little dances out of nowhere in public without noticing and embarrass my family.

I do tend to talk to myself a lot because sometimes I need to remind myself of what I need to do or what I am doing for the rest of the day and sometimes I just want to vent to no one but myself so I can get it out of my system. I try not to do it around others because then they ask if I am speaking to them.

I do in order to stay focused on my tasks, and the order I must follow them. Saying each step out loud and commenting on the progress I'm doing helps to not get distracted.

i talk to myself alllll the time, lmao. not out loud unless i'm alone, but i have a fairly constant inner monologue going at any given time.
