This is the first game in a long time that I've pre-ordered. I think it's a fantastic idea (really, my favorite part about Animal Crossing is the design and town building aspects, I could care less about living a life day-to-day... I have a real life for that). I'm not only happy to see this game come out just for the sake of a more design oriented Animal Crossing game, but it makes me excited for the future of the series as well. Don't get me wrong, the day-to-day stuff is alright, but if I could have all the improved design aspects in the main series, then I would like the game as a whole all the more.

I wasn't too excited about when I first heard about it because to me it only sounded like part of an animal crossing game. The more trailers and gameplay information I see though, the more I think I might be interested in giving it a try.

I totally agree with this! At first, I thought it was just designing homes and thought there wouldn't be much substance to it. I'm excited at the new ideas and gameplay - the new Main Street and new buildings such as school etc. It allows us to interact with our favorite villagers in a new way.

I'm still not sure if I will get it Day 1, but I do know that I want to get it.
