do you wear weather inappropriate clothes?

i try to match what i'm wearing to the weather, but i'm so tempted to wear all my cute summer clothes right now lol

BUT RN I'm TTing back in summer to finish my museum bug collection (totally forgot to donate a Horned Hercules before, but I donated one yesterday) and also move out/in a villager while I'm at it. I didn't bother changing my clothes, though, so I'm wearing a heavy coat in mid July

for the most part I try to match my clothes to the weather, but I think at the moment I'm being a little bit more lenient. I'm by no means running around in a t shirt and shorts but I think if I were to wear the same outfits as my island rep irl right now I'd freeze!

I'm doing similar except I'm going from summer to winter (playing through the wedding event as I started playing after it was finished and want some of the items haha) so there's snow sticking to the ground and I'm running around in a little dress and sandals

same, i miss some of my summer wardrobe items but i never put them on in the winter because my little player just looks so cold!

In the summer? Yes.

I love the coats more than T-shirts or tank tops. So I'm wearing warm clothing all the time

Somewhat. I won't wear shorts and tank tops in the winter, but if there is no snow I may wear short sleeves. Or if there is snow I may wear long sleeves but not necessarily "warm" clothing. Same with summer, I can't wear winter coats or really warm stuff when it looks hot out.

This thread made me realize that your character doesn't shiver or sweat if you wear clothes that are inappropriate for the weather like in New Leaf.

My character right now is wearing a sailor-style school uniform and I've looking for a more appropriate, long-sleeved uniform for the winter.
