Oh yes I use it all the time. It helps me hold more stuff especially when I make big purchases and have to make tons of trips. It cuts down the time a lot.

Like today I bought 139 pieces of candy and I finished within 5 trips. =P

You keep 10 letters in your letter section (Doesnt matter who to, or if they've been opened or not) and you put all your tools or other things into the letters as presents. When you are ready to use that tool or whatever else, you simply remove the present. Gives you 10 extra spaces to hold stuff.

I just wish you could add fish to letters... How awesome would it be if you could mail someone a pond smelt? Would be a very ripe letter lol. You can put a fishing rod or an axe into a letter, but not a sea butterfly?

I always put my tools in the letters in the same order, so I always know which letter has which item. Slingshot, net, fishing rod, shovel, watering can. Next row is axe on the far left, and the rest are any miscellaneous items I don't want to accidentally sell when I go to Nook's.
