Okay so the good news is that I finished! The bad news is that for some reason your mayor's hand is warping into another dimension for some reason in the drawing. (the reason is that I was drawing in pen, messed up the hand, forgot I was using a pen, and drew directly on top of it.)
The other good news is that I actually liked how it turned out a lot! (aside from the hand thing) So I'll probably end up cleaning up the lines, making the hand poses more natural, and coloring it ^_^ If/When I do, I'll send you a message
