I think you can incorporate Roscoe somehow by surrounding his house with white and purple flowers! And if you have the DLC, I believe it will let you change Roscoe's house's exterior if you want it to fit the island more. One of Roscoe's secondary color is white so I think you can take advantage of that so he can still kinda fit with a bright spring theme. :] He can maybe look something like a gardener too, hehe.
