Such a great concept with the framing, great work!So I messed up; I rushed a bit on the ground at the plaza. I tried to recreate the plaza tiles as well as the shadow from this pic.
There are other mistakes, but the ground is my concern. A friend said it should be fixable but suggested to stick to cool colors; I had to look that up and so that means greens, blues, purples. Problem is, the areas I was basing this loosely on does not have a ground that color. I am considering maybe a neutral color like in this screenshot:

Edit: I think I figured out how to fix the mistake.

Thank you for sharing your art with us! All of the pieces you've worked on are great! The food still-life is well done and looks delicious. I'm not sure what type of sandwich it is, but I really want to try it. Your work with the color pencils? and shading is superb.
The drawings of the villager's are great and funny. I like the one where you turned Nef into Resetti. It's always fun to add a little humor into something. I also remember catching your cat art piece in the cheer thread, when the event was going on. The one drawing you did with Punchy (and the two others who names escape me) near the table reminds me of the old painting of dogs playing poker. I really like it.
By the way, for the drawing of Queenie? did you use water color? I haven't done art in a while, but the texture reminds me of that. I'm probably off, but I like the feel of it and overall it is really good! All of your art you have posted is great. The collage you did of Persona is amazing. Adding all of that detail and expression onto one page is challenging and you really pulled it off.
I know how difficult it can be to share stuff that you have done. I'm the same way. Anyway, your art is great! Thank you for sharing it to us!
Those look amazingHere are some more of my drawings.
View attachment 383166 I erased so much that it ripped the page, which is why you see two pages. I'm not sure what year I drew this; I'm pretty sure this was sometime in high school.

I found some of my old drawings from grade school (middle school, high school). I’m really sad I can’t find my Fruits Basket one :/; I do have it saved on my computer so may upload it and share it anyways if I go on my computer today (was thinking of working on my island journal).

I feel like my drawing skill level has not progressed much even after I recently learned the basic shapes and a little of the 3D shapes. Then again, I need to remember that I have only been drawing for a short time now, so improvement happens over a longer time maybe.
omg these are outstanding! Here are some more of my drawings.

This is embarrassing but I used to print out pictures of stuff I liked and put them in notebooks like this.

I think part of the mercury drawing was based on this background

for the pokemon ones, the second one was based off of the cards. The and last one were probably from these books:

omg these are outstanding!sailor moon is no doubt my absolute favorite! Believe it or not Ryo-Ohki was one of my biggest inspirations to learn how to draw back when I was a kid watching Tenshi Muyo! I used to draw her all the time!! <3 seeing your drawing of her really made me smile ☺ and to this day I still collect beanie babies! (admittedly not as many as before but still!)

I used part of @Roxxy ’s pocket camp furniture as a ref for the palm tree.
The outfit was a little inspired by Marianne’s outfit.
