sorry i'm an idiot who fully missed this reply! ordinarily i'd probably be looking for a little bit more but it turns out i find having more than one lazy villager DEEPLY annoying, like one is charming but two feels like i'm managing a whole daycare so yeah 10 nmt works tbh, will put you down for him!

vital update: NAN GET!!! i love her so much even if it's driving me bonkers that she and chevre inexplicably have matching interiors and not EXTERIORS??? i've found the majority of my dreamy list just through island hopping, off-setting the costs by cycling, which goes to show, if ya got enough time to spend mashing B through dialogue, sitting through transitions and halfheartedly farming resources YOU TOO can achieve your goals, this is the basis for my future self-help guide, "lean in: animal crossing"
