Egg Hunt VS House of Mirrors

These two are the masters of mushing our brains, inducing nightmares and countless hours of searching.

But I'd like to know which of these two events do you like the most more? I tell you, I do like both, but I'm more into the Easter Egg Hunt. Its always more fun to find eggs than guessing a distorted image, despite me guessing all 5 mirrors in 2017's Fair correctly. (Yes, I guessed Kracko and Zelda correctly, but I didn't even care for Nabbit and the 3 extra mirrors, mostly because I got the animated Tetris someplace else)

The Egg Hunt. It’s easier to figure out the clues than the mirror images. And Butterfly Peach didn’t come from the Egg Hunt.

I like the egg hunt it's really frustrating and stressful but I get so much satisfaction from finding eggs. And I never got a HoM picture right from the 2017 fair.. although I'm super excited for this year's fair! I hope there aren't too many art events as I remember not being to participate in most events since im not an artist. Hopefully it's more balanced

Never participated in the House of Mirrors but from what I've heard I guess I'd prefer the Egg Hunt as it seems easier!
And since I'm stupid that's just logic.

House of Mirrors is where there is a distorted image of a Nintendo character or location and you have to figure out what it is.

The best strategy is to go on the game's Wiki, look up the characters, then go on an art then copy the image of the distorted image to see if they match. That's how I guessed Kracko and Zelda.

Some mirrors range from easy to hard. Where they look like something else where its extremely hard to answer. Mostly the bonus mirrors suffer that.

If you figured out the character, then you go to the submission page and have the thread title what the character is. You can only enter one guess once, so guess wisely.

Egg hunt. I'm way better at solving clues related to the forum and some extent Ninty stuff I know and they are less abstract. I hate the mirrors since they are usually nothing what you may think unless they do like really obvious ones. And the mirrors are too abstract and I have a too detail-minded brain so I look at like everything else not the mirror character.

also: even with the puzzles in the egghunt you can submit multiple answers. It's one and done with the mirrors

We actually almost included a mirror puzzle clue in this year's egg hunt.

Looks like we made the right choice removing that...
