Just to clarify, I’m not talking about anything NSFW, and I don’t want to hear ‘OMG UR A FURRY’

I mean as a kid (or even now, I’m not judging lol), did you ever pretend an Animal Crossing villager was your boyfriend/girlfriend? I dated Bob for two years in WW when I was 10-12 and I still have him in my NH town today, although we’re just friends now haha

I guess the closest I have to that is Colton, but it's all completely in jest. I jokingly call him my "boyfriend" if only because he's my favorite and I like to spoil him with nice gifts and a cool yard. He was my bestie in New Leaf so I just wanna keep treating him well. It's the same with Marcie, who I call my "mom" and Octavian is my "dad".

Bob seems to be a popular one to date! Probably because he's been in every game and he's so likable. My friend also "dated" Bob and there's a Youtuber who dated him in New Leaf.

Back as a young kid playing Wild World I “dated” Butch, thought he was mean, broke up with him and “dated” Walker instead. Both are still favorites today, and Walker is always in my towns. Of course not as a boyfriend anymore, but he’s cemented himself as one of my must have villagers.

I had a friend who “dated” Stitches, and a popular video game YouTuber called Peanut Butter Gamer had a crush on Mitzi as a kid. This is surprisingly a pretty common phenomenon lol.
