Hazo or Equus by Eric Whitacre. If you're looking for the perfect mixture of both, there's Jupiter, The Bringer of Jollity (The Planets Suite) by Gustav Holst. All of these are played by symphonies, except for Jupiter, which is played by an orchestra.
