I'm fairly certain this got me into really liking new age music the first time I heard it. Stewart Copeland did an amazing job with the trilogy's soundtrack.

This song comes in four parts, one for each segment of the ride in the game, and will transition between each version as the ride takes you to each new area. All versions are included in the one I posted. The first version that plays right at the start is still my favorite, but the other three versions that play after are still incredibly catchy too!

Haven't played the LISA games yet but I heard some of the songs in a youtuber's video (I think it was in one of LS Mark's big ranking videos) and I really like a lot of the music from these games.

Apparently TT Games and Warner Bros. weren't able to get the rights to use actual music from The Simpsons to use in the level pack nor the adventure world for this game, so they had to compose their own music. Despite that this theme for the underwater section of the adventure world is quite nice, even though it sounds more like a Disney movie than The Simpsons.
