As Invasion allows Gowther to see into the mind he can discern whether someone is lying, which is perfect for a teacher of Mahou to have.

Another technique that Gowther rarely ever uses is 'Nightmare teller', of which he entraps his target within their most horrifying nightmare using their memories as a basis to create said nightmare.

Personality:
He is shown to be completely clueless and unaware of others' feelings,
not understanding the meaning of friendship. Gowther often states things factually,
not understanding how what he says can upset people, which is not his intention in the least bit.
Since Gowther doesn't understand emotions well, Gowther goes to great length to understand them. For example, observing other people interacting and trying to copy them to fit in.

Although due to his lack of understanding emotions, Gowther hopes to learn more about people at Mahou academy, which is exactly why he applied to become a teacher there.
his knowledge of magic is impressive, so what he lacks in social interaction Gowther can make up for with helping others when they are struggling with certain subjects.

Gowther also appears to enjoy posing whenever introducing himself to someone.

(Can you give me some of the things wrong with my character so I know what to change?)

Username: ethre

Character Name: Akama Yuto

Age: 18

Gender: Male

Powers: Coup d'Etat Faker - an ability that allows Yuto to replicate himself, creating an optical illusion from his agility and acceleration so it can be perceived as him having multiple clones dominating the battle area.

Object Manipulation - an ability that allows Yuto to use his eyesight to control small objects' movement and move them places within about 20 meters away, like knives. He doesn't use this one much since it never really works unless in the case of a full moon.

Personality: Akama projects a dependable, caring and cool personality who tends to get teased a lot but a lot of people still admire him. However, in spite of this, his true self is an insecure and fragile person. He's really afraid of losing the people around him, and acts like people would want him to act like to to be trusted and needed. He shows his true nature from time to time, but feels he's nothing without his faux nature. At times, he shows signs of being awkward and timid - he also displays an obvious interest in animals and a small one in gaming, which he keeps more hidden.

Other: Possesses a scythe he can summon at anytime, which is his main weapon because his object manipulation doesn't work all the time.

I'll do a lame starter ))

.: Mayuri :.

a small blush and scared expression stained the female's face as she
tugged on the heavy door of the new academy. The entrance had engraved
"welcome to mahou academy". With a gulp, May inched into the large building,
walking up to the welcome counter. She glanced down at the binder then up at
the female with her hair in a bun and a suite on. "u-uh hello, miss.." peeped
May quietly, "do I just fill this out?" she asked, pointing down at the paper. The
female behind the counter gave a glare at the petite girl then nodded, turning
back to the computer right after. The albino-haired girl blinked, a sigh escaping
her lips as she grabbed a pen from the black cup and sat down with her form, she
began to fill it out. Name, age, blah blah blah, all kinds of stupid stuff. Mayuri had a
soft, cursive handwriting, somewhat like this. After she finished,
the girl stood up, setting down the binder in front of the same lady at the desk.
The woman grabbed the binder aggresivly and let out a large, annoyed groan as
she out up a new tab with her loud clicking mouse. May could see the girl typing in
her name "May..u..ri.......Ku..." her name had shown up! The lady gave Mayuri a card,
it was the key to her room. Taking the key in her mouth and picking up her luggage,
she entered the almost closed elevator until she got to the third floor, her eyes
widening in amazement at the large room. May set her luggage on the ground, the
door making a large noise as it slammed shut...

.: Satoshi :.

The male had enrolled yesterday, like most people. so he already had his
room and everything ready. Grabbing his wallet, he stuffed it in his pocket along
with his card key. Satoshi pressed the 'down' arrow on his elevator, and after waiting
a few seconds, he entered the empty elevator, his hand on his cheek as he waited.
'god the stairs would of been faster' negative thoughts raced through his
mind until a beeping sound greeted him with the opened elevator. The white haired boy
stepped out and walked toward the large room with a sign that read 'cafeteria', the room
was crowded and consist of full tables, until he found one complete empty table, he rushed
over to it, and set his jacket down on the seat, as if saving himself a spot while he picked
up a white plate, allowing himself to a few breakfast items such as toast, eggs, and other
things. He soon sat back down at the table after he grabbed a glass of water. It was odd to see
so many people here, since this wasn't even all of the students at mahou. Satoshi gripped
his fork and began to take small bites of his breakfast, occasionally glancing over at the
other chatting students.

.: Kou :.

The gold locks bounced as she happily looked around the room, it was a mansion compared to
the small home she lived in before, it was amazing. She admired every part of the room, a cheesy
smile pierced her lips as she got on her knees and turned on the white air conditioner, because she
absolutely loved the cold climates. Kou sat on the large bed and picked up the shiny black remote, pressing the
red 'power' button with her index finger. The light from the television enhanced her eyes.
She skipped through the many channels until she came across a channel showing off cartoons,
she stayed on it. She was a little homesick but loved the new place, it was gorgeous. For the
first time, ever, she got bored of the T.V and continued exploring her new room, she soon discovered
a balcony, she opened it, the sunlight blinding her for a few seconds until she got used to it.
The balcony looked over a large pool with a few people sun bathing on the side. Kou let out a large
gasp, excited. She, of course could not wait to swim, until she realized... she had no money, nor
did she expect a pool, so she had no swimsuit. The blonde sighed and sat back on the bed,
continuing to watch the cartoon that was playing.

Akama Yuto

The boy admired the appearance of the prestigious academy as he approached. He didn't know what to expect of the school - his father had forced him to attend anyway, so it wasn't like he could refuse. He was denied at that other school, what was it called, Mikagura Private School? Whatever it was, it was too full there or something and he had to go here instead to "harness" his powers. At least, that's what his father'd said, and it was apparently for his own good, too. It didn't look half-bad either close up, and today was the day he had to receive his key to a dorm he'd be staying in for the rest of his school life here. He didn't pack much - just some money and a change of clothes - not that it'd last long. Yuto pushed the door open and took a deep breath - there were quite a few other people here too, but he quickly found the receptionist counter which he strode over to. There was a lady standing there who seemed to be in a bad mood. The boy gave the woman a smile, but she didn't seem to notice as she handed him a room key which he took lightly into his hands, saying a quick "thank you" to the woman before walking over to the elevator and pressing the "up" button, standing patiently in front of the elevators to get in.

.: Gowther :.

After meeting with the principle and getting his position squared away, Gowther was assigned to become a teacher to help the students control their magic and keep their abilities in check, which the doll like boy agreed to the terms with no problem as it seemed like a fairly easy job that would help him learn more about human interaction and emotions.

However the principle also gave him keys, one to his own classroom that he would operate from and one to his living quarters of which he would sleep, the principle then explained to remain compassionate yet not to let the students walk on him just because he was a young teacher, as being only twenty years old could prove to be intimidating, although Gowther eased the principles worries by telling the man that he wouldn't allow anything to get out of hand.

The principle then instructed Gowther to greet the new students before he got settled in if the doll boy could spare the time, which Gowther also had no problem with, and saluted the man as he left the principle's office with his new objective in mind.

Gowther soon found himself mindlessly walking the corridors of Mahou Academy with no real direction of where he was going,
The Purplenette had just gotten accepted to become a teacher at this fine academy, and didn't really want to mess up his opportunity by getting lost before he even got started, nevertheless, he walked until he came upon the entrance, then looked around the lobby to get a feel of his surroundings, seeing a lady at the counter that looked rather annoyed, and a few students scattered about, Gowther looked for anyone that stood out so he could greet them, thinking hard on who to approach.

"Hmm.. I should observe before I make any reckless actions.." Gowther mumbled to himself, cupping his chin as he squinted and observed the students like a robot might.

Waaaaah you guys started without me! XD
.:YuYu:.
YuYu bounced through the doors of her new school. "Hiii!" She yelled as she waved. She sat down, and filled in her form. Her dorm was appareny dorm 13, floor 2. Her favoritie number! She bounded upstairs, and threw her suitcase down on the soft, baby blue bed by the window.
The room was a varying color, with screens to make small areas for each person. The one by the window was notably the largest, and had a beautiful view over the courtyard. A smile grew on YuYu's face as she looked out the window.
"A new school.....finally I might be able to control my magic!"
She was curious as to who would live in her dorm with her. She hoped it wasn't someone mean. Mean people annoyed her, as she tried to stay true to 'Don't say mean things to people- you wouldn't want them being mean to you!" But of course, that sometimes slipped, because, hey, who actually is that innocent? She stood up and unzipped a tiny bag, and all her compressed things flew out and placed themselves. Placentei, a very common Dark spell that can compress and expand inanimate objects. She had heard about wizards who had perfected it to the point where they could compress animate objects such as a pet, but she hadn't had the time to try that. Besides, she can summon Tonkii whenaether she wanted to, so what was the point in a silly little cat or a dog that needs walking and cleaning? In fact, why hadn't she summoned Tonkii already?
"Summon: Tonkii!" She yelled, holding out her staff. A small thing appeared infront of her. It couldn't really be described as anything, really. It was like a combination between a bug, a elephant and a jellfish. It had a large trunk that reached down to the end of his many tentacles, and six big, thin, wings that could carry YuYu anywhere. She had learnt to summon Tonkii when she was five, and they had been best friends for eight years.
"Tonkii-Chan! How are you?????" She asked, hugging the being.
"Pruooooo!" it responded, obviously happy to see her. YuYu picked up the bag, and shook out a large pet bed. She plonked it down next to hers, and Tonkii floated down and snuggled up on it. She set out his food and water, and put her snacks in the fridge.
"Ah....time for a nap!" She mumbled, snuggling down into the soft sheets and drifting off into a soothing slumber.

Aurelia

Aurelia wandered the corridors aimlessly, ducking out of sight whenever someone came near, as she didn't want to go through the trauma of conversation again. Of course, she did have a room which she could go and hide in, but she figured that it would be more productive to see what the school was like and where the good hiding places were, for future reference.

She'd arrived the day before late at night to avoid the crowds. Unfortunately, she did run into a few people, but nobody of consequence. Anyway, she just attempted and failed to shut them out. Even though it had only been the first day, she'd already had questions directed at her clothing and, for a few of them, teasing. At the time, she thought that she'd managed to hide her emotions but, looking back, she probably failed dismally.

Lost in these thoughts, she wasn't really watching where she was going, thus accidentally walked directly into the entrance hall. She stared around in horror. Of all the places that she could have accidentally wander into, this was the one that she'd dreaded. Fear flickered across her face. She spun around, but people had already moved behind her, cutting off the way that she'd entered. Trying to calm her mounting panic, she slowly turned around to the entrance desk and started to walk towards it, attempting to not tremble too much.

Tsuki Sumizome ~

Tsuki wandered curiously through the halls, not noticing the strange looks she got when people saw her wearing armor for seemingly no reason at all. She was too busy examining the layout of the school to even register that there were other people here--having enrolled yesterday, she was very busy spending her free time making sure she wouldn't get lost in the future.

"So this hall leads to... ah yes, that makes half of the school...!" she said, jotting down her findings on a piece of parchment. There was probably a map of the place on the desk at the entrance, but as a do-it-yourself kind of person, Tsuki decided it would be far more productive to hone her mapping skills. As she backtracked to the lobby where she had started to take another path, however, she paid no attention to her surroundings, eyes glued to the paper in her hands and smacked straight into Gowther as he examined the students.

"A-ah! How careless of me...!" she blurted out, making a quick bow in apology, "I apologize, I wasn't looking where I was going." as Tsuki came up from the bow, she noted that she hadn't seen this young man before. She quickly deducted that he must have been a student, seeing how he appeared to be around her age. "Are you new here?" she asked, unaware that he was actually a teacher.

Akama Yuto

Stepping into the empty elevator, the boy realized just how long ago it was since he was last in one. He never really needed to use one in a while, because he's always preferred to take stairs because it didn't take much longer to get up a flight of stairs, and every now and then he would use an escalator, but after pressing the fifth button on the elevator, which brought him to his room and many others, he had to admit that he wasn't expecting the lurch when the elevator stopped at his floor. He awkwardly stumbled, putting a hand on the elevator to steady himself, and wobbled out of the elevator to let some students in. Akama felt his ears burning, but he plastered a smile on his face frantically to the students to signal he was okay before the elevators slid closed again. He sighed, knowing already that he wasn't going to fit in here very well as he scanned the numbers on the doors to see which was his. When he finally found his room number: "Room 523," the boy slid the card he was given in the card slot, and with a silent beep indicating he could go in, he pushed his door open and set down his things on the bed.

He'd wondered what there was to be seen at this academy, so after double-checking if his dorm was locked, Yuto strolled down the hallways to see what kind of things they had to offer here - after all, if he was going to be staying here, there should be attractions to keep him entertained, like maybe a restaurant or something. The boy stepped back into the elevator, and when greeted with the various buttons on the elevator, he just pressed a random one, not knowing exactly where he was going, but hoped that it had something interesting on the particular floor. The cat-eyed boy braced himself for the lurch, but none came this time and he let out a breath of relief. Nobody seemed to be waiting to get in on this floor, so he walked out slowly and realized there was a cafeteria here. Perhaps he could make new friends here - it's better to make some now than when it's hard later, so he just looked around at the tables and sat down across from a man who was already eating and seemed to be sitting alone.

"Ohh, what're you eating there? That's interesting, you're eating breakfast a little late, aren't you?" Akama grinned, saying his words almost too casually to a stranger.

.:YuYu:.
YuYu had woken up about half an hour later. Deciding it would be best to socialise, she put a nicer dress then her cloth one on. Leaving Tonkii to sleep, she got up and locked her dorm, room 666. She, for protection, sealed it with a spell. She stepped into the large elevator, but nobody was there. Sighing, she pressed a random button. She sighed once more when she realised that nobody was thee waiting to step in. She was in a large canteen. She was hungry anyway, so she deicded to sit down, and eat a large lolipop. It was a habit of hers to eat suger by crunching it, one that most did not appriciate.
Crack!
A devestating pain rippled through her mouth. A shard of sugar had got suck in her gum, and she began to wail in agony. The whole canteen stared at the girl, muttering about her. "I-I luuuuuumis!!!!!" She wailed, and everyone who were looking at her thought it had never happened.

☆ Edan ☆

Edan, after leaving his bags at his dorm, felt his stomach rumble. He had been so excited to go to the school that he hadn't even eaten breakfast, and that was the most important meal of the day!

He decided to find the cafeteria. After getting a little lost through the halls, he found the place and came in. When he looked over he gawked at all the food there was laid out. Soon he sat alone at a table, on his tray was pretty much a little bit of everything. As he was eating, a stranger came over and spoke to him.

"Well, there's pasta, mashed potatoes, chicken... I wanted to try everything, but maybe I overdid it..." He replied sheepishly, looking at his full plate. "Yeah, I got lost. This place is huge."

.: Satoshi :.

The male blinked a few times, glancing up at the boy who had sat directly in front of him. The tsundere boy
scoffed, "Late?" he questioned in a harsh tone, "It's only..." he glanced at the old-timey watch attached to his right wrist.
"three...pm" he muttered embarrassed under his lips, he usually woke up extremely early at around
six in the morning, so with his staying up late last night, he had woken up much later than usual, not ever
actually checking the time. He always hated to admit when he was wrong, so this situation left him with
discomfort, especially since he had acted rude about. "well, I obviously lost track of time, as you can see"
he gave excuses to the unfamiliar male.

[Better check yo'self before you wreck yo'self.

Ahem, I'm pretty sure I already responded to them.]

Aurelia

Aurelia managed to finally stumble up to the front desk. It felt like it have taken years, though in fact it had only taken seconds. "Umm... Where are the bathrooms..?" She mumbled to a grumpy looking lady. She despised asking for help. "Down there, first corridor on the left, door on the right. You should've asked someone else you know. I'm busy." The woman pointed towards a corridor off to the right. "Err.. Ok... Thanks..." She muttered, already turning away from her and half running towards the corridor.

"Urgh. I hate asking for help..." She muttered angrily to herself when there wasn't anyone directly next to her. "Umm... Did she say left or right?" She cursed herself for not paying attention to the grumpy lady. "Here goes nothing..." So she walked down the right corridor and found herself in the cafeteria.

"Oh god. Oh god. Oh god." Staring around in horror without noticing the few odd looks directed her way, she wanted to backpedal but she knew that, as always, there would be people behind her. Her heart was pounding. Why did she have to be so socially awkward? "It's ok. Act normal. Go get some food." She marched over to the food counter, got herself some desert and plonked herself down on a bench, not noticing who she was next to.

.:YuYu:.
YuYu was just pulling the solid sugar out of her gums as the mysterious girl sat down.
"Hi! I'm Yu Himearashi, 13 years old, you can call me YuYu! So, so, are you new today? Same here" Have you seen your dorm yet? Mine is bluuuuuuue!" She laughed, obviously intending to make friends with the girl. She seemed mysterious-a fellow dark user? She wasn't sure.

Aurelia

Proud at how her voice didn't shake at all, she stated, "I'd rather not answer all of those questions. My name is Aurelia." She directed to the rude girl sitting next to her. Didn't that kid know that jumping in people's faces was rude? "Er- can you not speak to me please. I'm hungry and I just want to eat." She looked for any excuse to get her out of this place, but it seemed as though there were none. She'd have to suck it up, eat her food and then she could get out. Continuing in a cold voice, she said, "But you do know that it's rude to just start questioning people like that, right? I'm hoping that you weren't being intentionally horrible." She scowled at the girl before taking tiny bites of the ice cream that she'd got. She could have sat next to anyone but she had to sit next to an obnoxious little child? Why did fate hate her so much?

.:YuYu:.
"Ah, I'm sorry! I didn't realise it was rude! I just wanted to make a friend, and you look lonely, so I thought we could be friends! Best friends!" She grabebd the dark haired girl, and hugged her tightly.
"Hey, what magic do you do? Where's your dorm room? Oh, wouldn't it be great if you were 667 or 665? Then we could have midnight feasts! Oh, can you summon familliars? I can! It's a cutie named Tonkii, and he loves to make new friends!"
