Is Kabuki "rare?" I have him in my town and I have seen quite a few people who wanted it. Does anyone know if he is rare as in doesnt appear much? Cause I might want to sell him for some profit then

No villagers are 'rare' as they're are around 300 you can get (except maybe the octopi, since there are only three... .-.)

I've seen him go sold for as little as 500k to as much as 5mil.
