Favorite Flavor of Ice Cream?

I'm here at home just enjoying my butter pecan ice cream and I was just wondering what everyone's favorite ice cream flavors are? I love butter pecan, macadamia nut (Hawaiian style), and haagen daz's dulce de leche.

I also love me some rainbow sherbert.
But cookies n' cream is nice too.

That's pretty much the holy trinity of ice cream for me.

This flavor is believed to have originated in the Michigan-based ice cream shop, Stroh's, although the exact origin remains elusive. The flavor has been spotted in other Midwest locales, such as Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream Company in Madison, Wisconsin.

Thus the exact combination varies from location to location, typically with vanilla, blue moon, and some other variety of ice cream included. The Stroh's Ice Cream version has blue moon, red pop, and lemon ice creams, while other versions such as those by the Meijer store brand and the Hudsonville Creamery & Ice Cream Company versions of Superman ice cream are a mixture of vanilla, blue moon, and black cherry ice creams.

Oh, boy, I love dulce de leche. I never tried Haagen Daz's dulce de leche, but it must be delicious. I never tried butter pecan or Hawaiian macademia nut, so I can't give an opinion about them.

My favorite combo is lemon with vanilla. I love vanilla, vanilla is like The Mario of ice cream flavors, the most balanced one, delicious and makes a great couple with any other flavor.

Well, the appearance of that ice cream isn't very tasty (something about all those colors in a single ice cream bothers me)... but the description makes me want to try it. I'll hunt for one of those later when I have the chance.

Mint chocolate chip, cake batter (specifically Cold Stone's with crushed cake inside), and coffee. Strawberry also used to be my childhood favorite.

COFFEE~ but a fresher tasting flavour vs. a creamier rich coffee??? if that makes sense. I've had a really heavy coffee tasting icecream before and it was awful

I also really like green tea / matcha and honeydew.

I like vanilla, but chocolate is good too. I'm not a huge fan of sweets.
