Frost Egg Collector
Charmeleon is an excellent transition stage between first and final evolution, and stands very well by itself. I think its design already looks complete, and that Charizard is completely optional. In some cases it is even better than Charizard thanks to type effectiveness.
I prefer Skiploom over Jumpluff. If I ever end up using one, I do not plan on evolving it.
I used an Eviolite Chansey for a while competitively, and it was a very reliable switch-in. I prefer using it over Blissey, so I figured I would mention it here.

I get attached to entire lines of evolutions rather than a certain evolution and I don't really like the others in the line.
In particular, I like Wartortle, Croconaw, Marshtomp, Prinplup, you can probably see I'm just listing all the water starters.
I also like Ivysaur, I really love how Bulbasaur's bulb blooms during the evolution up to Ivysaur.
And also Krokorok because I like crocodiles plus I like how it's defined as quadrupedal but it pretty much always walks on two legs.

Boldore: Boldore is my favorite pokemon of all time, so of course I have to mention it first! It was my best and most treasured pokemon on my Black team, and I never had the heart to evolve her. While I love the whole line, Boldore is just... so cute and special to me. I'd love to find a shiny one day! But I feel like it'd be even more special if I just randomly find a shiny version of it rather than hunting for it.
Weepinbell: This is gonna sound really dumb, but one of the first pokemon I ever drew was a Weepinbell, and it honestly was one of the things that got me into drawing! Again, I really love the whole line, though. But if it's worth anything, I currently have a Weepinbell in my Lets Go team, and it's my highest leveled 'mon! (Granted, that's because i was training it while shiny hunting pidgey in route 2, but still). Again, I'd love to shiny hunt it one day! Maybe I'll actually go back and hunt it in Lets Go!
Magmar: I have a competitive Magmar named Oven Mitt and I love it to pieces. Plus, in Black 2, I had a Magmar also! I just think Magmar looks so much cooler than Magmortar, so I tend to just... not evolve them and use an eviolite. Once again, I'd love to find a shiny version one day. It's pink! I'm currently hunting pink shinies, too, so maybe I'll do a hunt for it soon!
Dragonair: I'll be honest, I don't like Dragonite's design. Especially the shiny. Dratini and Dragonair, to me, have always seemed like they should be a two stage line. And again, the shiny is pink so like... can't go wrong...
Kirlia: As a kid, Kirlia was my favorite pokemon, but for a really odd reason lmao. My cousin and I used to collect pokemon cards, but we wouldn't play with them like most people would... Instead, we'd use them like dolls, and make them talk to each other and have dramatic adventures and stuff. And my favorite card was her Kirlia! I don't even remember what set it was from, tbh, but I remember thinking that card was super cute. And I always used to pretend that Kirlia was a princess and she was in love with my cousin's Sneasel card and they were having a dramatic affair Romeo and Juliet style.
Braixen: Braixen is the only good design in the Delphox line, I should've kept my starter as one forever weeps.
Charjabug: Charjabug looks like a trashtruck and I feel like it's my duty to protect it because all of my friends hate it. When I caught my shiny Grubbin, I made sure to take a bunch of cute photos of him when I evolved him into a Charjabug. He's a Vikavolt now, but idk, part of me regrets evolving him up lmao. I loved my little red trashtruck.

Hmm one that immediately comes to mind is Wartortle..I remember when I was younger I didn't want it to evolve because I thought it was so cute the way it was
