Favorite movie?

It’s weird, but I don’t watch many movies anymore. I think the last movie I watched was Onward months ago and Home alone 2 at Christmas. I remember Escape from New York I liked it. My favorite movie is Your name because I have so many positive memories from around the time I saw it, but also it was just really good.

i don’t watch movies all that often but maybe clueless or lilo & stitch? they’re both classics ;v;

I mean depends: All time favourite Cars All time favourite anime: A silent voice All time favourite studio Ghibly: Howl's moving castle

I have too many but a few I'd definitely recommend to watch are;

Diary of a Shinjuku Thief, In the Mood for Love, Woodstock, Monterey Pop, basically anything with Toshiro Mifune, W.R.: Mysteries of the Organism.. also Norte, the End of History if you can get the chance to watch it.

WALL-E is definitely my favourite movie, have probably watched it 20+ times and now I want to watch it again :V. I just find him so innocent and cute in the movie :3

In terms of anime movies though, which I probably watch a lot more often nowadays, then i'd say koe no katachi (a silent voice). It's an amazing movie, and is definitely a tearjerker. It's just one of those rare movies that stick with you even long after you've watched it, and i'd definitely recommend it to anyone, whether they like anime or not!

All-time favorite is probably The Philadelphia Story. That's generally my go-to movie when I've had a rough day and just want to relax.

Can't go wrong with a good musical, though, so I have to give a nod to Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, Singin' in the Rain, and Summer Stock. The last may not be the best movie in the world, but it has the famous Judy Garland in a tuxedo jacket number. She nailed that.

I don't have just one ahh
roma
ladybird
a beautiful day in the neighborhood (the only movie that has ever made me cry)
my neighbor totoro
isle of dogs

My favorite all-time movie is probably The Adventures of Robin Hood(1938).I'd also rank these other movies right up there:

My Fair Lady(1964)
Scaramouche(1952)
Excalibur(1981)
Real Genius(1985)
Scott Pilgrim Vs.The World(2010)

Admitedly I've barely watched any movies, it's not a medium I'm that into, so it's hard to answer as it's years apart that I watch them, so I just gotta default to the most recent one, as it's the only one I really remember, so Your Name.
Post automatically merged:

My go-to answer is Scream, but I'm not that into movies. More recently Parasite was also really good and right up my alley, so I might swap.

Answered this before, but it will always be The Pursuit of Happyness (2006).

My all-time favorite movie is Gone With the Wind. It's been my favorite for many, many years.

I love a lot of classic movies and there are many others that I could list. You can never go wrong with an Audrey Hepburn film, especially Roman Holiday.

My favorite animated and/or Disney movie is Beauty and the Beast.

I think Moonlight will always be my favorite. Portrait of a Lady on Fire is right up there with it, though.
