Finally! 100 Percent!

When I checked my progress on the development permit, it was 98 percent. I watered some flowers and it was 100 percent. I should get the permit tomorrow. I want to have the early bird thing, I get bored in the morning when I have to wait 2 hours for Nook's Homes and Able Sisters to open. I went to one of my friend's towns and bought an axe so I could chop down some trees that were in the way of my path I'm putting down. I also bought some flowers.

Nobody was awake yet, so I went to the tropical island in my friend's town to get some beetles. all the trees were, like, 1 foot away from the water so I only caught one goliath beetle. I bought a kappa cap and sold it at Re-Tail when it opened.

Today my goal is to get more flowers for my town and get some bells. I only have 1,000...

Once you get the permit, I think it's a day or so before you get access to the island. Once that happens, you can really start raking in the bells.

Yay congratulations!! you will love the island I spend most of time there catching bugs worth 8,000 & 12,000 bells, only bad thing Re-Tail is closed at 11pm so have to wait till the next day to sell everything. May have to get the night owl ordinance.
