EbGames Canada is owned by Gamestops and read about stores closing. I don't want to lose the deposit and hope my favorite EbGames doesn't close.

No plans to order it from Amazon.ca. They changed the release date for a guide book 3 times. When it was finally released the delivery date was 1 to 2 months. Checked with EbGames and the guide book was in stock.

It was the Hardcover Pokemon Sword and Shield Guide Book. I like to collect them for the Artwork. The paperback guide books curl up as soon as you remove the wrap.

Not sure if there will be a paperback guide book for ACNH. Read that Prima Guides isn't making paperback Guide books. If they make one it would be an Eguide. Most players use online guides from other sites.

Even if I preorder I get it one or two days late and I want to play on relese so I guess I will cancle my Amazon preorder and buy it on release digital No waiting no stress also I prefer digital over a hard cover.

We don't have here shops where I could buy it on release :/

I never pre-order games. The local shops here in my area always have enough copies of a game available, like you can even go a few days later after the release and still getting one. Besides most of the time, the pre-order bonuses aren't really appealing to me, so it's another reason why it's not worth it for me to do it.

I have heard some horror stories of people pre-ordering in my area, but I probably still will.
If not, I love the drama of going to midnight releases and waiting in line, so that is also an option.

Maybe find some local players to swap them FCs with.

I wanna preorder it but I just got laid off at work (last day is on Saturday) so I don't really have the money to preorder it, I hope I can get a job again in time to preorder it so I can play it as soon as possible because I've been waiting so long for this game and it's the reason I got the switch honestly lol, I'm glad I was able to buy the switch though, because I worked hard for it lol

Who here has preordered NH or is planning to? I went to the casino and won a decent chunk of money, so I put some of it towards preordering a copy. I paid the entire price so all I need to do on release day is pick it up and buy a Switch. (Thank goodness for tax returns/possibly picking up a few dogwalking jobs)
