As the title suggests, I got another N64 a few years ago to replace my childhood one that I lost many years ago and I've been trying to use it more and have bought a few more games for it but I'm pretty stumped on what else I should get, so any suggestions help!
So far the only games I really have are Mario Kart, Goldeneye, SM64, both Pokémon Stadiums and a BUNCH of racing games.

It depends on what genres you like.

For platformers, Banjo Kazooie, Banjo Tooie, Donkey Kong 64, and Conker's Bad Fur Day are all really nice. The tie-in Pixar games for A Bug's Life and Toy Story 2 are also pretty good if you can get them at a reasonable price. Not as well known as the first batch, but they're pretty fun little collect-a-thons.

If you like first person shooters, Perfect Dark is pretty good and is a spiritual successor to Goldeneye.

RPG pickings in the N64 are notoriously slim since devs focused their attention on disk-based consoles, but Quest 64 and Paper Mario are pretty good.

They'll be expensive, but Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask are fun to play on their original console, especially if you've only ever played the 3DS remakes.

Some of my personal favorites, Mario, Pokemon, and Zelda are must haves of course

Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards
Pokémon Snap
Harvest Moon 64
Super Smash Bros. 64
Pokemon Puzzle League

Hey you! Pikachu
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 2
Banjo-Kazooie
Paper Mario
Super Mario 64
The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask
Perfect Dark
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
Toy Story 2: Buzz Lightyear to the Rescue

Half this list is more or less just echoing what's already been said, lol, but I feel like the some good games you haven't mentioned that I've played and would recommend are:
  • Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask
  • Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
  • Banjo-Kazooie
  • Banjo-Tooie
  • Donkey Kong 64
  • Paper Mario
  • Star Fox 64
  • Mario Party 2 and 3 (you can also pick up 1, but be warned that some minigames require rotating the joystick, which wasn't great with N64 controllers!)
  • Yoshi's Story
  • Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1-3
  • Diddy Kong Racing
  • Mario Golf
  • Mario Tennis
  • Rayman 2: The Great Escape

in case you want some more lowkey recommendations: vigilante 8 and its sequel 2nd offense are really underrated multiplayer games, mischief makers is a fun 2d platformer, star soldier vanishing earth is hard to find but has one of the best OSTs on the console, mega man 64 is a pretty underrated PS1 port of a really great game, and all of the star wars games on n64 are really good.

edit: just noticed nobody mentioned it but f-zero x is easily the best racing game on the system and is a must own

Most of my favourite games fall under the Mario or Pokemon series - the Mario Party games, Pokemon Snap, Paper Mario and the ones you already have - all have already been mentioned but they’re definitely great games to get if you don’t already have them. Likewise the Zelda games, SSB and Star Fox 64 were other games that I always enjoyed on the N64.

Without going through my collection of games, on the top of my head the only other ones I can remember really loving when I was younger, that haven’t been mentioned, are 1080 Snowboarding, Snowboard Kids (I spent way too many hours on this and really loved it but I was very young at the time so these days I’m not sure if I’d find 1080 Snowboarding a better game to play out of the two) and Bomberman 64 (I only remember playing this in multiplayer and really enjoying it but unfortunately can’t remember whether single player gameplay was good or not)

Wow, this is a lot to pick from and I'll have to consider everything I see, especially F-Zero X since I don't have that and I had NO idea there was any Rayman games on the N64 so that's a must as well. Thanks guys!!

I've never owned a Nintendo 64 but I played Kirby 64 and Paper Mario on the Wii and Wii U and I loved them.
I also tried Yoshi's Story and I thought it was too hard, but maybe you'll be better at it than me.

I've never played a single Paper Mario game before, maybe I could give it a try on the N64 to see what I think of the series

These are the games I would suggest playing:
1. Super Mario 64
2. Mario Kart 64
3. Banjo Kazooie
4. Diddy Kong Racing
5. Donkey Kong 64
7. Goldeneye 007

Those are the games I personally played as a kid so one of them could interest you.

omg how did I forget Yoshi's Story as a 2d platformer 😭 I spent so much time playing that as a kid
I remember paying at a hotel to play it for so many minutes when I was a kid with those 64s that were in every room! Honestly hotel rentable 64 games has been my only exposure to the console, the recent announcement of them going to Switch made be want to check out what might be good to try...

I personally own these games and I recommend all of them:

Super Mario 64
MK64 (you own)
Mario Party 1
Banjo Kazooie
Beetle Adventure Racing
Mario Tennis
Zelda Ocarina of Time

I would also recommend Paper Mario (love this game), Yoshis Story, Zelda Majoras Mask, Perfect Dark, Banjo Tooie, Diddy Kong Racing, DK64, Conkers Bad Fur Day, Pilotwings, prob others I can't think of.

some of them may be hard to find (paper mario and conker especially) but they really are fantastic games!

Mario Party 1, yes quality game 😂 I still have nightmare of the bike lol! But yeah aside that any 64/GCN parties are good fun.
