so i just wanted to share a bit of happiness with you lovlies on TBT.
last night I was on the forum, looking into posts that talked about how many nook miles tickets people were having to use to get their dreamies and even to find rare and unique islands and it was a little discouraging i must say.
still, i took a leap of faith last night and used 2 of my meager stockpile of tickets hoping to get a) one of my dreamies by chance or b) at least a bamboo island so i can continue landscaping.
imagine my surprise when on my second ticket i not only came across a hybrid island with beautiful orange and blue pansies, but my sweet baby Skye as well! I'm going for a more Japanese feel for my island and villagers overall but i truly loved having her as a villager in NL (we share a love for reading and baking!) and have officially bumped her back into my dreamies list after our reunion last night! <3
i say all that to say, enjoy your journey as you play. go into things with as little expectation as you can an i promise you, as it has with me, this game will make you fall in love with it more and more each day you play.
