Pretty plain, Effected Background + Render + Text = Easy.
I'd try adding some flavour to it, try add some effects to it and also try add some shadows and move the text near the render.

I will start off with the background. The effects in the background are very repetitive, too vertical to the point where it's unpleasant to look at. I'll give you props for the color scheme. From what I learned in art classes, one secret to making a signature, or even taking nice photos, is to never put something directly in the center. It directs the eyes to the object in the center and makes the viewer ignore the rest of the image. To be honest, you could have done a lot more. I'd suggest taking a look at professionally created graphics and think and wonder how they did their effects, etc. You're obviously on the first stage of signature making. I believe you just need to take a better look at some good examples, so you can set your standards higher.
