[FIXED] How to make an image your signature?

Hi! This is probably a silly question, but I can't seem to figure it out. I got an signature made for me, and I'd love to actually display it! I thought there used to be an option for it, since I've did it before, but I just can't find it. I didn't really see an "Attach Files" option, so I'm coming here for help. Thanks!

EDIT: I've made the link, went to upload it, and it keeps saying "Something went wrong." And to try again/contact an administrator. Any help on how to fix this would be appreciated. Thanks!

Honestly, I would just upload it to an image-hosting website such as imgur and use that if you can. It’s free to make an account, and once you do you can select “add images,” and then click on the image code for forums in your picture, and copy and paste the image code from imgur into your signature.

Not sure how the forum does it now as I haven’t used it, but hopefully this helps somewhat.

I use https://imgbb.com/ to host all images for my signature. You don't have to sign up, and you can check a box so your image never expires too. I right click, copy the image address, hop onto the forum, go to signatures, hit the image con, and paste the URL in the box, then it loads your image. Just be careful to resize so you stay in the height limit, which I believe is 250 px!

Your OP refers to signatures, but these cannot be uploaded to us so I'm not sure how you are seeing an error message. What exactly are you trying to do and where are you are seeing this message? Or is this off-TBT?

Hello! This is on TBT. I'm trying to upload an image for my signature using imbgg.com to get the link. I hit the little picture on the top of the screen, enter the http link, and it says "image loading" then it just saying "Something went wrong" and tells me to contact an administrator. I've never ran into this issue before.

Have you tried simply pasting the image's direct url between IMG codes?


For example:

You have to remove the “url” and all the other crap.
just have the pure link WITH a the [img [/img] on each side
make sure it’sthe bb code full linked too. Then just remove the stuff around the img links

I did that, and now I believe it's just a little box thingy.

Okay, I can see what went wrong. You were linking to the page it's on, rather than the actual URL image.
