Forums Not Loading / Timing Out

Hi.
I can't access messages or threads, post or send messages, because it keeps "timing out" while trying to load pages. It's only TBT, no other website on my internet is having issues. It's frustrating because I can't communicate with people expecting trades from me.

Same for me. They said they updated the servers, but I'm not experiencing any increase in speed. As of now, this site is borderline unusable. Is it because of the combination of NH coming out as well as worldwide quarentine, increasing traffic? If so, why didn't the upgrade work?

I dont think it's the increase of traffic, when it was slow, there was only 100+ ppl. During ACNL, there were 400-600 people on the forums (members & guest accs)

If the site becomes unusable again today, I'd recommend the official TBT discord server for anyone who wants to do trades. There are channels just for trading and visiting people!

It was working for me for a little while, but as of right now, it is still really slow/borderline unusable. Also the send TBT feature isn't working for me...

Increased traffic is most likely the culprit, plus the upcoming transfer. I know it is frustrating for us but it must be that much more frustrating for the staff. Let’s do our best to be patient, they are working on the issue. The site has been up and down for me too. Soon enough, this won’t be quite as much an issue

For me it's working in the morning, but in the evening or night, it's just awful. But at this time, most are still sleeping (I'm not from US).

The weird thing is... Sometimes the forum have 130 connected users and it's slow, and now we have the same ammount, and it's fast...

This is because the issue isn't being caused by traffic. When I last spoke to Jeremy it was still being investigated.
