Found out a way to avoid flowers after a rainy day

The thing with the title screen, it actually isn't always accurate to your real weather when you load the game! Occasionally I get shown a sunny day and it turns out to be rainy or the other way around. To make sure, you have to start the game and look on the window when Isabelle is doing her speech

Weather changes hourly so I guess if you go on the game at like xx:59 or something, by the time it's loaded and you've spoken to Isabelle, it could be xy:02 and new weather.

I'm not sure, I do know that I usually don't fully close the game when I quit, I just press the home button then turn the screen off. That might have something to do with it.
