If I know there is a lurker and 10-15 minutes goes by and no one shows interest, that's when I start PMing/VMing. It's not really listed in my official rules because keeping up with lurkers can be tricky, and I don't want to accidentally leave someone out or hurt someone's feelings.

Lost Olivia on accident. I think the stupid harvest festival in my town messed me up because I never lose villagers. If anyone would like me to visit their town and try to grab her from the void, I'd be more than happy to do that within the next 15 minutes. After that, I'll move on to another day.
