in NA I got spotpassed the Kagamimochi; the sunrise lamp is the post office monthly DLC, Nintendo Zone is still pumpkin pie right now.

While you are in a Nintendo Zone (you need to see the little alert on your home screen that says the NZ is present, but you do NOT need to connect to the NZ software), log onto your game and go speak to Pelly/Phyllis. If there is a NZ DLC you haven't gotten yet they will give it to you.

It doesn't always work -- I've been to places that were supposed to have one and while the 3DS told me it was there I couldn't get the DLC from Pelly. But hopefully you'll find a working one!

I'm in EU (ireland to be precise) and I renamed my wifi router _The Cloud and that gives me Nintendo Zone xD

if you're asking ysey: if you've given your router a recognized Nintendo Zone SSID (attwifi; bestbuy in NA, _The Cloud in EU) Pelly/Phyllis will give you NZ DLC. However, you'll have to switch it back to something else to get any "normal" monthly DLC.

my iphone is my designated Nintendo Zone, my normal router at home receives the non-NZ items I can vouch that it works

Not through a download, no. If you are looking for one, you can post in the Re-Tail forum and buy someone's extra though.
