They're coming to Europe too.
They were in the direct and have a 25th November release date.

Does this mean all the posts thus asking for this item/auctioning off this item should be reported? I mean this basically confirms that any white Christmas trees floating out there ATM had to have been hacked in...

Yeah I'm interested if it's Japan exclusive, I hope it's not.
Also White Christmas Tree seems to sell in Harvey shop VERY rarely. So it couldn't be 100% hacked, just could be the other mean to increase...y'know.

It is true that Harvey sells the item, yes. Not sure how much it sells for in the catalog though.
