getting a 10th villager to move out

so i had a random move in to my tenth spot, which means i can't complete my town. i've researched & tt'd extensively but have not had much luck when asking others on other boards or tting a lot. D:

does anyone here know of how to get the tenth to move? i've heard it's possible from others & i know it happened once to me in the past, but i absolutely can't kick out anyone else in my town since i have 9/10 dream villagers.

any help or advice that's worked for you in the past? thanks in advance!

that can also work. i've also heard creating a second character and introducing them to everyone in town and then only ignoring the unwanted villager will work in a week?

i think you can tt day by day?

the 2nd character thing is time consuming and doesn't work 100% of the time
there's no definite way to do it @

Befriending or ignoring them is moot. Characters leaving is totally random. Don't lose your time with supposed tricks to make characters leave. They don't work. Roll the dice instead.

There are no proven methods to this. It is 99.99 percent random in my opinion.

my sister's been ignoring gaston for like 2 weeks and he hasn't asked to move or even pinged
she's done the same to olaf and he's asked to move within a week. it's random imo

hmm, well, i will try the new villager method then since it won't hurt anyone. wish it wasn't so random, siding against the tenth moving out. \:

yeah, the tenth only happened once. wart jr., many months ago when i first learned of tting. orz

She asked me what should she do. I bluntly said what I'd do. I think people lose sight of the game and focus on the tasks.

I've tried every method out there and never had any luck getting a specific villager to move (Except for TTing, since I don't do that until I'm REALLY bored with my game )

Good luck, though!! I know it's a pain in the butt! I thought the 10th villager only moved in if you asked someone or a camper did, but it's happened to me 3 times already, so... THAT was wrong. LOL
