If you want to get more money from rocks in AC:CF make sure you visit resetti's house in the city, on random days the traffic cones to the right of the road sometimes disappear and you can get inside his house. Resetti will give you a silver shovel after speaking to him, this will allow you to get more money from rocks.

You know, one rock in your town has bells in it a day, and if yo hit it fast enough, you get 8,500 bells..

Tip: When your doing this, dig holes behind you NOT touching the rock, so you don't drift back when you hit it.

EDIT: Or rather, it would be there if the admins didn't completely wipe the AC:CF forums to get rid of the rumours in preparation for the actual games release.

Well, wen u walk around town, pick up apples, shells and fossils.
But my answer: Most efficeint way is turnips, you get a bunch at a time
Most Fun Way: Fishing. I just love fishing. At the same time, u give to the museum. The ones that you already donated, give em to tom, and make sure you put a bit too much salt on em
