I accidentally motion blurred the background and IT LOOKED SO NICE so I went with it, hope that's okay. It also fits better since it looks like he's falling lmao.

Ahh, it's not really the effect itself but the background- it gets covered up too much. Is there another one you'd want?

Clearly I'm not as skilled with bubbles. Also I couldn't find any good flower stuff, so I just decided to add more bubbles.
The text really gave me a hard time as I couldn't find a way to make it stick out... I should see what I can do to fix that in the future.
