AYYY,

So ya after my good friend Miharu explained GFX's to me yesterday, I decided to give it a shot ;D

I'm not good, just a warning..

I need like advice on things I can do to maybe make my GFX's look a little better?
This is a new thread, so there will not be like any GFX's here, only a couple until i can make some more :D

If you guys have any advice for a newbie as myself, plz feel free to leave a comment below ^-^

Just looking at it, to me it looks like you just pasted a picture of Kirby onto a picture of outer space. Try using some of the tutorials in the GFX resources thread and messing around with some of the effects there. Download some brushes and fonts and mess around with all that. If you dont mind my asking, what program are you using?

GIMP :D

Pretty nice! What tool are you using?
You could add a little more effects though, as it seems like its just a render over a background xD

What does GFX stand for? And how could I possibly try my hands at making one? o:

GFX is basically just Graphics. Check out the GFX Resources thread. As for the program, try GIMP as it is free, although if you have Photoshop already that is the best program.
