Imbri
Resident Night Mare
I finally bought enough fertilizer from Lief today. He gave me the gold shovel, so now I just need to finish up the fish and insect collections for those tools. Could take a while to get those, since I'll need to talk to Nat and Chip, though.
I thought I had my Elder Grove finished, and as far as trees, that's true. But it's right up by the train tracks, so I decided to fill in between the back row with some holly bushes. That way, when I sit on the log bench, I won't see the fence. It'll take a little time, but I'm not in a great rush.
I've planted trees in front of both my house and Midge's. I'll add some to the front of Beardo's, once regular saplings are available. There's been a run on cedar saplings, which I'm not complaining about, because I still have a bunch to plant between Re-Tail and the river.
Roald pinged to move out last night, but I squashed that. Then later, he pinged me again to say that he was tired of his Raja B. Butterfly, and would I find something to replace it. Praise Farley! I've been wanting to get rid of that for some time now! I ran back to the NBs' and grabbed a tall mini cactus from Lief. Roald thought it was perfect and gave me another copy of his picture. Guess my jock penguin fancies himself with a green thumb (I first got it after gifting him some morning glories). Anything to get bugs and fish out of the houses!
