I completely agree with you, snow was fine and all but i was already ready for greens and i am absolutely adoring and loving the muddy green greenish haha . The new color makes the island look more normal 🏝
I don't mind the brownish grass right now. The sun is setting and there are storm clouds in the sky. It's all so beautiful after seeing snow for over 2 months
the brown grass is so off looking, but hey, atleast the snow’s gone! i mean i already time travel so my game is currently set in march because i just needed the green grass back, i was extremely sick of the snow.
Definitely a nice change of scenery. Allowed me to pick up all my snow and ice decorations, and play for a bit longer today than I have been. Looking forward to those last few deep sea creatures that I need for my museum in the next few months.
When I logged onto my game today, it was actually raining, so I went coleacanth hunting, but before I could catch one, it stopped (I only caught the last 15 minutes of the rain).
My game is still in December since I took a break from the game from around Christmastime until like a week ago, so the snow is still going to be around for a while for me. I'm in no rush to get to Spring though, as I like Winter in real life and in Animal Crossing games and prefer it over Spring.
i am sooo happy about this, i actually hated winter so much, i always have disliked snow to be fair since it never snows where i live so i'm not used to seeing it
but now my island looks so cute and sunny, plus now my character can finally start wearing those cute summer dresses
I thought I liked winter but I'm loving this colour. My path looks so good!! I was annoyed with it because it never looked right but now it does, it's perfect and it's only going to get better I think. The brown grass is very realistic as that's what it looks like when the snow goes away. We had a big snow fall last night so my outdoors doesn't match the game anymore but who cares! I love the snow but I love having 4 distinct seasons
Honestly, I just need things to change regularly. I'm the same way in real life...whether it's the seasons, or the layout of my bedroom...I can't have things stagnant for so long. My reaction to this change in the grass was the same as my reaction to my town finally being covered in snow. And it will happen again next year. It's not a preference to one aesthetic or another...it's just the need for change. Lol.
It’s refreshing to see the snow gone, especially as we approach Spring. I still need to catch a few fish that are only available in the Spring and I’m still missing a chunk of bugs that I haven’t caught yet as well.
