When do all the Nook stores close? I just know Nook n Go closes at 1 or something.

Yeah I bought the guide too and noticed that. In WW Nookington's stayed opened tell 11 pm. So this kinda annoyed me.

And I know I have bought a crap load of stuff from Nooks and he still has not upgraded yet. I even have the 2nd upgrade!

The godess that lives within your towns fountain (you get the fountain after donating a certain amount of bells through town hall), she rewards you with a gold or silver axe depending how you answered her questions.

And what about the paths? They get worse the more you run/walk over them, plan trees and flowers on the bare spots (or paths) to make the grass grow back.

I think the game mechanics of "Paths" are quite clever.

Now and again take a different route when you want to vist that neighbour...

Yeah but things like bridges you cant really navigate around, so the ends of both of my bridges are dead.

Also along the river is dying from fishing so often.

Its a clever mechanic, but the grass shouldnt die so quick, and grow back so slow.

Yes, the Nook upgrade is a mystery. I am on the second house upgrade, and I have bought quite a bit from him -- although, I am still a basic member. I am, I think, 71 points away from the next level, there. Maybe he will upgrade when I hit the next membership level?

(Once he remodels to Nook'n'Go, I won't care if he doesn't upgrade again for a long time. I like the fact that this one will stay open until 1 a.m.!)

You need the golden shovel to do it, just bury money with it.

You need the golden shovel to do it, just bury money with it.

Any amount of money is fine but your chances increase the more you bury.

If you bury 100 bells you have a 0.1% chance of getting a bell tree with 300 bells.
If you bury 1000 bells you have a 1% chance of getting a bell tree with 3000 bells.
If you bury 10,000 bells you have a 10% chance of getting a bell tree with 30,000 bells.

The maximum amount of bells you can get on a bell tree is 30,000. (or was it 90,000? I can't remember D: )
