None of you guys have Nookway yet?
I do o_O
Did you time travel?

If you bury 100 bells you have a 0.1% chance of getting a bell tree with 300 bells.
If you bury 1000 bells you have a 1% chance of getting a bell tree with 3000 bells.
If you bury 10,000 bells you have a 10% chance of getting a bell tree with 30,000 bells.

Source or its not true.
I have no source but that's the way it's always been, look up some AC:WW websites or something.

Anyway, new theory on nooks:
There's a random waiting period after you've paid the 25,000 bells and/or mortgage (1-5 days for example)

Why would they make the percentage lower for the cheaper trees? That logic confounds me. I dont buy it. And i've heard at least 5 Nook theories today alone *sighs*

Its been 3 days since I payed my mortgage, ill see if I can upgrade tonight.

Because that way it's a sort of mind-challenge :p

Either way, that's the way it's always been, or atleast the way I remember it. Again, look it up.

because if it doesnt turn out that you get the money tree then it is a waste of money so they want you to spend more and either get more money or have a better chance of getting a money tree

So people who are rich can bury a bunch of 30000 bell trees and get a lot more money

But a poor person can bury their last 1000 bells and have a 99% chance of it failing?

Thats a horrid system

Rich get richer, poor get poorer.
