How much do you care about your hair? Do you like how it looks & feels?

I have a generally negative view of my hair?it's rather thick and wavy, so it has potential?but I feel that it's weighed down by all the frizz. Likewise, I don't think I'm spending enough time trying to make it look nice.
I just got some Garnier argan oil shampoo & conditioner thing today, which I'm going to try tomorrow morning. I was previously using imported Shiseido shampoo & conditioner that worked really well for me, but I just want to try new things.

ideally, I'd like for my hair to look something like this when styled (maybe a bit longer?):

I’ve been dying my hair a lot lately, I usually have dirty blonde hair that’s kinda of wavy and frizzy at the bottom. I’ve been dying it burgundy and using a lot of oils in it (I have used Argan, but right now I have cherry blossom oil from Walgreens and it smells sooo good!)
My hair has a lot of flyaways and cowlicks, though, and so when it isn’t down and freshly washed I put it up and I look like the evil principal lady from Matilda (and I am a teacher so that doesn’t help haha).
I was thinking bangs to hide some of the flyaways in front.. I have been using Japanese cherry blossom shampoo, conditioner and oils from walgreens, it’s a little more expensive but my hair has improved a lot since using it.
I also like herbal essences brand, and garnier fructisse as well. I think putting oil in at just the ends helps a lot.
Here’s my hair now after being straightened..

I used to take really bad care of it, now I take care of my hair and only straighten it once a month and make sure i use healthy oils in it and wash often.
I like the style you attached, it’s super cute! Waves are fun :). I hope to get some side-swept bangs soon!

I used to not care at all about my hair, which is dumb, as I have naturally brown hair
and since I want unnatural colours like blue, pink, purple, etc. I have to bleach them
sometimes. Anyways, I recently had to bleach them again (going for pink this time!)
and yeah, my hair is pretty damaged now. So I finally started taking care of them,
not the heaviest of care, just some repair shampoo + conditioner and I don't rub nor
use a hairdryer to get my hair dry. It's working way better than I thought, as they
became already more smooth and better feelin / looking than 2 weeks ago!

I wash my hair like normal, and use 1 shampoo and 2 conditioners. The shampoo is Head and Shoulders for dandruff, the conditioners are Herbal Essences for moisturizing and the other is Pantene for I think frizz. I only use it cause my sister needed it for her dry frizz hair. It's more expensive but my sister said it has worked for her.

I don't put any oils in my hair, blow dry, dye, curl or straighten. Back when I had longer hair with my side swept bangs, they would start to curve because they were constantly up against my glasses, so I would straighten them, but it never really kept hold. I rarely blow dry my hair, I only do it if I'm gettin out of the shower and need to go to bed instantly. I hate goin to bed with wet hair. I'll only use this one hair product to keep my hair down once it's been over 2 months since my last trim, cause the side of my hair that's shaved will stand completly upright and I don't like it. My hair is natrually healthy and soft, so I try not to do too much to it.

I care too much for it. Right now it's short because I got panic on the length coz the hairdresser cut it uneven although I told him to just even it and remove the v-cut so yeah i cut off some centimeters lol :/

I once did the same to my daughter as this hairstylist did years back. She still puts the grudge against me on her mouth to this day.

I don't care about my hair, honestly. I just want it to not get in my sight, so usually I just make them behave by my big hair clip, as my hair is curly and puffy - that I'd need to spend four hours straight if I want it to be straightened. :/
Though, I like to/usually do use nice & some expensive shampoo/treatment 'cause bath time is my precious relaxing time. :)

i hated my hair when i was younger, but i've grown to like it now. the only thing that bothers me is how oily it gets. i have to wash it every day and it's the most frustrating thing. i've even used several shampoos and conditioners for oily hair to help, but nothing's worked

I don't do much with my hair and never really have. All I do is just wash it every so often and dry it naturally, nothing else. Currently trying to grow my bangs out, so I just swept it to the side now to cover the bangs. Once or twice I did dye my hair only for it to dry out and become a mess. It's OK now that I've gone back to doing nothing with it. I'm not used to styling my hair because of the side swept, but I'll get used to it. Also, if anyone wants healthy, strong thick hair, it helps to drink plenty of water. :)

I always want to do something new and interesting with my hair, but I'm not very creative. It's pretty much always been short and straight. I do wish it was straighter though - it's slightly wavy and tends to stick out at the end. But not in a way that looks nice, it just looks messy to me even if I comb it.

Your hair is beautiful! I love that color, too. I used to dye my hair the same shade.

I like my hair, but I don't love it. It's long and straight and doesn't hold any shape at all. I used to want wavy hair, but no perm would last. I gave up and accepted my hair as is and I've been pretty happy with it since. It does have some frizzy fly-aways, but I don't really do anything about them because I'm lazy. I wash, condition because if not I get really bad tangles, air dry, and brush it. That's pretty much it.

I wish it was thicker, otherwise I like my hair.

Especially since I've noticed a lot of other guys with long hair are either balding, thinning, receding or it just looks like pubes. In comparison, I'm pretty happy it's simply not exactly as thick as I want it to be.

I like my hair. I didn't used to because I have relatively curly hair and I really glamourized really straight hair when I was younger, but I've grown to be really thankful of my hair. That being said, I could take better care of it, I'm trying to use coconut oil more regularly to keep it moisturized.

My hair is weird since its straight when short and then tends to get curly when I let it grow.
Nevertheless, I do like my hair since i'm in my early 30s now and no grey hairs so far *Knock on wood* and my hair tends to grow back quick (recovery from bad DIY hair cuts) lol

I sort of care about my hair. It is not often that I have to make myself presentable, so there is not much of a reason to care currently. I do not like spending time on damaging it purposely with heat either, I have considered using rollers due to this. One thing though that has deterred me from caring for sure is its complicated texture.

I'm not super fond of how my hair looks. I like how long it is (waist length) and the fact that it's quite thick, but I dislike the fact that it's wavy/curly and frizzy. I'd much rather have straight hair, and perhaps a bit darker. It's naturally light brown.
