hiya! i'm not new to forums per se (gaiaonline gang rise up) but i haven't used one in a long time. i lurked a bit here and am really excited to post and get to know all of you! i'm pretty new to ac as a series, since i only played pocket camp prior, but i loved acpc and it's where i came to love freya so much! tbh there's a lot of sets i wish would come over to acnh someday,, at any rate while i'm not really a "noob" to acnh — i have over 1000 hrs now (oof.ogg) where does the time go!? — i still am a novice at decorating and island aesthetics and hope to learn lots about it and, failing that, at least get to see cool designs and builds!

my favorite parts of the game so far are trading, doing tasks/chores (god what is wrong with me), and seeing the cute villagers do things! their little toe beans! the way they do morning calisthenics in the plaza! the silly convos they have! it's all really charming and i hope to be able to enjoy acnh for a long time to come ♡

I saw your island journal of Kukui a little earlier, and your island looks really cute! I especially love (from your map) the way you've laid out some of your houses onto what looks like little streets, and I love the way you've terraformed to have so much water on your island!

thank you! i don't but i'm trying to get one soonish, since i feel close to being done (for now, haha...) but i really appreciate you asking! i love little "neighborhood" layouts so i'm glad you liked how mine came out on the map at least!

I'd probably be interested as well. I'm considering getting back into viewing dream towns rather soon since I haven't done that for a while and it honestly gives me more to do rather than just the mundane tasks on my own island.

i feel that, dream addresses are one of my favorite additions to the game — having to ask to go on a guided tour is extremely awkward and getting to go at your own pace and take in certain sights more than others w/o the host worrying about you picking up items/messing with their stuff is really nice! tbh though i love doing the mundane chores on my island, especially fishing...something about it gives me serotonin hahaha

i also get hungry if i think about it lol! it's so good ugh,, need to cut down on red meat but it's so hard when it's so tasty!?!! i wish i picked a cuter handle sometimes bc meat isn't ~aesthetic~ but nobody recognizes it anyways so,, lmao. i think besides you i've had literally one (1) person recognize it and it was another korean on nookazon

i can totally empathize, i've not let her go (i'd never) but having to let go other villagers to let in new ones was rough. i loved teddy and i let him go to get marty felt so bad! i hope to get a DA up maybeee by august...hopefully!? i'll be sure to say hi to her for you though~

it really has, it's so disappointing :< i loved it a ton though (getting to customize your own avatar is so cool!? and the art style for it was adorable), just shame it really crashed and burned. f in chat i suppose! haha.
