Halloween costumes!!

so I'm technically an adult but I still absolutely love dressing up in costumes for Halloween! It's one of the reasons why its my favorite holiday! here I would like to ask, are you guys planning on dressing up for halloween? If so what are you going out as?

I initially had the idea of going as a fox, complete with the ears and tail and everything else. but unfortunately since I don't have a well paying job rn I'm kind of on a strict budget, so I've got an even better idea: I could get myself a pumpkin head, a purple robe, and black gloves/socks/shoes and be Jack! (actually I've been wanting to do that for years but I think I might actually do it now lol).

I'm not working on Halloween this year, but when I do, I always wear a simple costume (so it doesn't get in the way) and have candy for my customers.

Usually, I'd do a black top and skirt/dress and add a witch hat. I have a plastic cauldron they sell for kids to trick or treat with to hold the candy, and a Beanie Baby cat I tuck on the edge of the cauldron (his name is Midnight).

Last year I wore a similar outfit, but I had cat ears and a ribbon chocker for a collar.

Favorite costume was for a party last year. I had a tabby cat kigarumi and printed an oversized TY Beanie Baby tag, which I string on a ribbon and pinned to the hood. Easy peasy, no-cost costume.

I went to work last year wearing the hat in my profile picture (it has a ghost) and a hoodie that has a small skeleton peace sign on the upper right corner. Those are the only Halloween-esque clothing I own... but I call it "comfortable attire" lol.

I was schmitty werbermanjensen form the one episode of spongebob last year, this year I really wanted to cosplay Beast Boy from Teen Titans, but I'm kind of low on money so I think that'll have to wait

I'm sadly too old to trick or treat (I would LOVE to still go out!!) but that doesn't mean I can't dress up! I'm dressing up as Webby from Ducktales 2017! For work I'm gonna come up with another more casual outfit so I don't have to explain to everyone that I'm a duck lol

If it wasn't for the virus this year, I'd be either Hilbert from Pokémon or the Mario Kart Male Villager. (Also, it would seem a bit too late and a bit expensive, but I would have also loved to have been Prince Peasley from the Mario and Luigi series, which is what my island rep in New Horizons is right now.)

Soo, I'm most likely not going to be anything this year, nor am I handing out candy. I'm going to be safe.

I don't do Halloween, but as far as in game, I do have a Princess Mononoke cosplay that I sport from time to time from amazing designs others have made. I also have my white cat outfit (aside from the white cat dress, which I still need to catalog/buy). I like dressing up for no reason because I'm a weirdo

well, i WAS gonna dress up as my melody while all my friends were gonna be other sanrio characters but… halloween will be cancelled if covid continues where i live unfortunately. hopefully it doesnt come to that and im able to dress up with my friends.

i might just take a picture in my costume, post it on my instagram and laze around with candy as well lol.
