Hand delivered letter

Mine was delivered by Pete as I walked out the front door. It was from Nintendo saying to go get the tea set and host a party. That was different...for me. Did you get one?

Yeah I thought that was a horrible waste of my time. Why notify me about an item that I am aware of already but you aren't giving it to me?

There's an easy method of getting any US issued DLC from home when you live in the US. Just change your SSID on your router and the 3DS in internet settings to Bestbuy and you'll be connected to a Nintendo Zone. Simple as that!

I saw the Spotpass notification, thought it would be either another Spotpass house or item. And then was immediately underwhelmed by the letter.

Even a random piece of furniture would have been appreciated lol
