my theory:

Harry is the last horcrux and it would explain why he has some of Voldemorts powers. It would also concur witht he prophecy. I think that Harry will have to die ion the 7th, so Voldemort can finally be destroyed.

Did you not read, Voldemort was goin g to kill Harry leaving him enough kills to make his 7th. And he did not kill him, so he vansihed for a while, he then got that kill in the 4th book, putting it on a snake.
