Damn, I can't believe it... After all these years, it's coming to a close in just a mere two weeks... And holy crap, I am so excited I can't even put it into words.

I've re-read all of the books in just a few days while I was sick, and I managed to glean a few hints and formulate a few theories as to what will happen in the seventh book... In any case, to not mention any potential spoilers in-depth, I think that Snape is NOT evil. Many things prove this... and yet...

I just don't know! I just can't wait to read the book...... I expect I'll finish the day I get it, for I shall read through the night. You guys?

I'll be getting it at midnight once again this year, and have it done within a day. Last time, I was the first one out of the store with the book.

Yeah, I'm not gonna get it at midnight... I pre-ordered it from Amazon.com and I'll get it sometime during the afternoon on the day of release. But I shall make sure to stay VERY far away from the internet while reading it, or some idiots might think it's funny to spoil the whole book...... That happened with the 6th book.

Harry dies.
I bet on it.
That would be stupid and predictable, I bet that's not what's going to happen.

Edit - My money's on Snape and Voldemort dying.

Eh I'm not at all a Harry Potter fan never read the books and never have seen the movies so I'm pretty much out of this little hype circle that is created. Have fun guys with reading the 7th and last book of Harry Potter.

Little hype circle? HAHAHA.

LITTLE? This is ANYTHING but little. This is perhaps the biggest event in modern literature. You have NO idea what you are missing out on. Just no idea...

Harry Potter is tremendously over rated. The books and the movies.
Maybe you're not seeing the supernatural part of it all. Patronus, Dementors, Death Eaters... Do you think it's all entirely fiction?

No, not at all. Its children's fantasy.

I think its not worth my time. Especially the movies. They butchered the 3rd and 4th.

It was ORIGINALLY meant to be children's fantasy. But that's how everything started out... Chronicles Of Narnia, Lord Of The Rings... they were all meant for children originally, but turns out the appeal was universal.

Yeah man, TOTALLY agree with you about the movies. Those suck really hard. But the 7th book! You can't miss out on that.

The Hobbit maybe but not Lord of the Rings. And have you read all of the Chronicles of Narnia? I find them all for children.

I read them all. The books appeal to adults just as they do to children. That's what makes children's literature into literature for the ages, and I think Harry Potter qualifies. Sure, it may be getting a bit TOO much credit, but it is fantastically written and has tremendous meaning.

Sorry but at the time I am surrounded by The Sword of Truth series and Pendragon which put together is probably over 25,000 pages.

I loved Harry Potter before I read those books. But these books are just amazing. The Sword of Truth can make you have nightmares from one sentence, or make you jump up in the library and yell, "**** YAH! TAKE THAT DARKEN RAHL!"

Supernatural meaning. I think this is the secret to Rowling's success, though not many realize this. Do you think that the concept of the Death Eaters, Patronuses, and other elements in her books are entirely fictional? They are not...
