I can't find a safe Paint Tool SAI download....?

all you have to do is download/extract/click run/etc.
nothing you'd do differently from any other installation

if you have a mac, you'll have to either download a version that's been edited for mac (which I consider dangerous, tbh, since they usually have tons of glitches)

or run a parallel system to download SAI

yeah there's a mac version. Honestly, I'd reccomend you use gimp instead of paint tool sai for the time being, and switch over once you are more confident with your art. The only things paint tool sai has over gimp is more control over brush settings but that doesn't really matter until you want to take your art to professional level.

Ehhh, yes for the animals but NO for the human. The tannish outline around her eye is extremely weird. Try blending. The brushy cheeks? Why's the white dot there? UHHHH NO. I mean I understand why it's there, but it could at least blend into the cheek better. Everything else is great.
